HUGE RATS, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
HORRIBLE ! Do not stay here! What a horrible experience! I have always stayed at Sheratons and will never come back to this hotel! Besides the fact that the pool area is infested by rats , they also were super rude and have the worst customer service. We spent the whole weekend there , long holiday weekend from Thursday to Monday and we checked out Monday. We came back a couple hours after we had checked out because our flight got delayed and asked to use the restrooms and they denied us. Larry “the supervisor” is completely unprofessional and rude. He didn’t even check to see that we had been guests , he just cut us off , super disrespectful. He hates his job so he has to be rude to the guests ? After spending thousands of dollars there, they wouldn’t let us use their restrooms? What kind of trash customer service is that ! Will never return there , and Larry should get that rat problem in the pool fixed. HUGE RATS !

Stay could have been better
This was our 2nd stay at this property. When we arrived, the A/C was not working in all rooms and hallways. Also our toliet wouldn't flush. We immediately called front desk about the toliet. It took a few more phone calls but was finally fixed the following day. The A/C was struggling terribly. Never got below 80° in room. While we understand it was record hot temperatures, the hotel needed to be doing more by offering fans for the guest rooms, reduce room rental, something....
