Lovely hotel. Good location. Near Bourbon Street but not noisy. Quiet bar in the hotel. Jazz bar part of the hotel around the corner. Nice courtyard.

Lovely hotel!
All pretty good. Noisy band cart at 1 am Friday but, I guess that’s to be expected that close to Bourbon Street. I was a bit miffed by the one Concierge who seemed annoyed by questions about riding the trolley and getting tickets but, it turned out well. One thing of note: when you are a member ( Silver) and your reservation says that you are receiving a free bottle of wine, the desk staff doesn’t honor it unless it’s through Expedia. I had to bring up both reservations showing that we were to receive it after being turned down at check in. There is a glitch in communication! Finally received it although I was informed that it “shouldn’t have been honored because is 3rd party” or something like that. Aggravated that it wasn’t in their system to honor rewards

French Quarter Fun
I will stay at this hotel again as I enjoy the French Quarter atmosphere. It is close to several noted restaurants, the trolleys and some attractions. My room was serviced daily with bedding changed after 3 days. Place had 2 courtyards and a pass through to a restaurant and bar off one. There is also a wine bar on the main courtyard. Water supplied in lobby at no charge for daily walks. I did not need or use parking. Place was quiet and safe with someone on staff around the clock. I keep very irregular hours. Fitness center had dumbbells as well as all the usual unneeded walking machines. Breakfast is available part of the week as NOLA is not up to pre Covid tourism levels yet. Only minor downside’s were a small refrigerator that could not hold a bottle of wine and 2 water bottles and some fuzzy cable channels. I wasn’t there to watch TV but I do need the daily weather.

The hotel is walking distance to bourbon street and all the fun in New Orleans. My only complaint would be the room temperature. We arrived late and went yo dinner in hopes that it would have cooled down however it was still hot and the thermostat says it’s 65.

Wonderful family reunion in a great historic hotel
Wonderful family reunion...perfect location...very friendly staff and so helpful when some family became ill. Would recommend for anyone wanting to stay in an historic hotel right in the middle of it all, but quiet and private too. The courtyards were a huge plus! Our favorite gathering spaces when we wanted just a quiet get together or meet up.
