Great location for Wembley and Central London. Staff lovely, check in fairly efficient. Rooms a little tired and seemed to be no water pressure so showering very difficult, just a trickle of water. It was fine though, just for the price would have hoped for a little more modern and a good working shower

Well the room allocated to us on check in was not cleaned. They changed the room immediately with no fuss and compensate with 2 free drinks. This was acceptable to us . The foyer is stunning along with the bar. The staff were extremely helpful and WiFi was good. The lift was broken but we were only down 1 floor so it was fine. The location is great for Wembley and transport links were good. The halls were run down with frayed and stained carpet. The room was clean and large but only 2 plug sockets at the desk area and not near the bed. The carpet was worn and had a stain but otherwise the room and bathroom were fine. Bed was a bit springy and not as comfortable as a premiere inn but we slept fine all the same. Was disappointed to open the curtains in the morning to find a full height wall inches away from the window but we were out most the time and didn’t notice really.

Very welcome and very clean room massive beds and massive tv. I did have to looknfornthw coffee etc, it was stored in a cupboard. Pillows were good too and the breakfast was exactly.what we needed. Highly recommend this hotel has its own bus stop so you can get there easily and go explore london.

The hotel is well situated with a 10-15 walk to Willesden cross tube station. The hotel is in great need of up keep. The bedroom was clean, bed comfortable but the bathroom was a different story. The plug to the sink was out with a gaping plug hole. The shower head wasn’t attached to the water, so a bath was my only option. The flush kept running albeit slowly but continual. I backed onto the pool so no natural light. The room was lovely and cool which was a blessing. The breakfast was nice. The staff were all friendly, and happy, It was only a 1 night stay so the comfy bed was the highlight.
