Hotel seems new, modern and clean. A good stay overall. Room clean and comfortable with everything you need. Small bedside reading lights like in other hotels would have been a nice touch and a slight gap in the shower door means some water escapes the shower, but only minor points. The check-in process was fine, but not the most customer friendly chap. Breakfast was generally good, although fried eggs would have been nice as the scrambled egg made with powdered egg isn't great. The young man collecting used dishes and glasses from the tables was friendly and made the effort to engage with people which was a nice touch. Hotel well located for nearby tube station.
