Staff were great and the hotel is beautiful with spacious clean rooms. Two bottles of complimentary water were appreciated but it was a bit disappointing to have a kettle with no coffee or tea. Location is perfect for events at the arena.

Not my best stay. The bedroom is big, but it is old and not very well-maintained … The staff is amazing and very kind. The breakfast is very appreciated, glutenfree products are a plus.

Good central location. Room could have been cleaner. Breakfast was fine, although hot options felt that they'd been there too long.

Only encountered two members of staff who were nice. Property is superficially clean but dirty behind the scenes and poorly maintained

Our stay was just okay. The room was a bit dated. Could have done with a proper dressing table and mirror rather than just a desk in the middle of the room which can’t be used to get ready. The bathroom was okay but the seals on the shower door were very old and dirty. There is no excuse for the dirty shower plug hole which was pretty disgusting. Having said all this the location of the hotel is great and the staff for check in were good. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel. We went out which I think was a good decision as it looked to be very busy and they were struggling to seat everyone.

Staff were all very helpful. Bed very comfortable and air conditioning in the room was a modern system which was easy to use and very much needed. Bar and food quite expensive but room rate good for a city centre hotel. Location was great too....shops and restaurants etc on the doorstep.

8/10 Very good

Great welcome - received a complimentary drink at reception for "time of queuing" which was only 2-3 mins, so a welcome gesture. Staff at check-in were friendly and helpful - and later also assisted with a taxi issue. Room was clean and spacious with everything required in good supply/working order (although temp control on shower needs a bit of practice to find suitable level). Did not use bar or restaurant, so unable to comment, but overall, had a very enjoyable and worthwhile experience and would definitely consider using Radisson again.
