Nice hotel, nice staff, would stay again. Holiday Inn next door staff a bit rabid. Off putting actually when you are just trying to drop off/pick up, not parking. Geesh!!

My room was clean, chic and modern. Located just a block or two from the Main Street in downtown New Ordeans, it was easy to access. I have nothing to say but nice things about the valet staff who were courteous and helpful.

8/10 Very good

We chose this hotel for its proximity to the French Quarter as my main purpose for this trip was to explore that area. The hotel was clean and the staff was super friendly. On the 7th floor there was a sign that said "hydration station" however it was just a nook with drawers and cabinets and nothing else.
