Cannot fault the staff, they were great. But first of all £45 a night to park! Secondly, we had an early start the next morning so wanted an early night. You cannot control the air-conditioning, and the room was so hot. We opened the window, but then you have the noise from the train which went all night. I travel a lot with work and this was the worst stay ever. Got a refund for the night.

This hotel is located on King Street, right in the middle of the action. There are lots of restaurants, stores, a park and the Hammersmith Bridge walking path along the Thames River. It is close to both the rail and bus stations. For London, it is a lowered priced hotel in comparison to the touristy area of Soho. Breakfast was good and there was a bar offering drinks in the common area but we did not experience it. The staff was helpful.
