We had a very enjoyable 2 night stay this week. Check in was seamless and we were shown to our room. Staff throughout the hotel were friendly and helpful. The room was of a good standard, clean and comfortable, plenty big enough for a 2 night stay. Slightly issue with shower draining but did not impact on our stay. We tried the restaurant one night and the quality of food was very good. Breakfast was also great, with a variety of warm choices and continental options. Plenty of parking spaces on site. There are 4 EV charging points (chargeable), which also attracted us to this property. It’s well located, only 15 min walk to the centre. All in all, a very good experience.

Easy to find, lovely staff welcomed us & the room was great, nice and modern had a good hot powerful shower, comfy bed & a full length mirror. Everything we needed for a one night stay. We walked back from the Nici which took about 20 minutes but it was a lovely warm evening.

Pretty impressed with this hotel and we would use it again. Staff were absolutely lovely and gave us a great welcome. Even offered us fresh milk on arrival for a tea or coffee. We were also informed about a wedding that was happening but this wasn’t an inconvenience. The room was lovely and had everything we needed for one night; although the room was very warm. The only real issue was paying to park and my car was completely covered in bird poo, and I mean covered when we checked out this morning. Not really the fault of the hotel but Parking was limited upon our arrival due to the wedding which was fair enough, however had to squeeze into a space under a tree will avoid next time when we stay. Our daughter is in uni so we will be looking for a regular place. Love the whole eco ethos of the hotel as well.

A gen of a stay! We had the "Crab Apple" room, at the rear of the building, on first floor over top of the kitchen (?). Very quiet apart from the rattling bath exhaust fans of the room. Apparently those can be switched off, but we never found the switch. No other sounds st all in the room. Comfy bed, good cooked breakfast, and great staff. We also enjoyed an excellent evening meal in the very good on-site restaurant. Easy walk to the nearby art gallery and to the beaches.

This is an attractive, comfortable hotel in an ideal location to enjoy Bournemouth beach and centre. Our standard double room had basic furniture with little storage, but the bed was comfortable and the walk-in shower lovely. The restaurant is excellent, with a good range of menu items that were perfectly cooked and beautifully presented. The exterior of the hotel, especially the front door, is in need of redecoration and tbe bar seating looked shabby.
