Had a premium room, lovely size, bathroom clean but didn't have a power shower, no coffee machine just sachets, lifts were out of service so had to use service lift, only 1 takes you to all floors so always had to wait ages, we were informed prior to our stay but didnt have tine to change hotels, , breakfast was lovely and staff at breakfast were lovely

Bang in the centre of Nottingham lovely food and great staff

8/10 Very good

Main lifts were out of order, we had been advised in advance and had to use the service lifts which did take a time. Or if feeling fit could use the stairs. Hotel is well located in the centre. Room clean.

6/10 Good

Decent hotel. Rooms nice. Shower a bit cheap. MAIN issue currently is that lifts are broken, and we were told they've been out for 2 weeks by a long-term guest. You have to use the service lift which is understandably too busy. Breakfast and staff were nice.

Really great central location with a very handy car park. We stayed here to go to a concert at rock city and it was the perfect location for it. Nice rooms. Easily walkable around the town from here or easy links to the tram.

Corridors were dirty, stairs to rooms go through staff areas & were very smelly, rooms are small, bathroom could be cleaner. Too expensive for the quality. However, the staff were lovely

This hotel is in a great location in the centre, clean well appointed rooms. A good breakfast and great dining area. The only down side is noise in the rooms, woken several times with late night noise from folk in the corridor.

This is a really good hotel. The location is great for the theatres and cinema in Nottingham. It's in front of Rock City and a 20 min walk from the station. There are good restaurants nearby but the hotel also has 2 restaurants, room service and bar meals. It's worth upgrading to use the Club Lounge too. Comfy beds, quiet rooms and a bath! Theres a pool and soa too. No complaints!
