British club polish, New Orleans pulse

Inside, the mood is quietly aristocratic, with lounge spaces that read like a traditional British club and a museum-quality art collection setting the tone. Days slow down with a prim, proper afternoon tea in Le Salon, while the rooftop saltwater pool lifts the pace with skyline views, greenery, and private cabanas. Steps from the French Quarter, it keeps the city close without letting the bustle take over.

10/10 Exceptional

The hotel and room was beautiful. The art collection is impressive. The staff were all very courteous. I regret to say, though, that the food was not good. We at dinner at The Grill. I had the "Coolinary" offering. The salad lacked flavor, the fish tasted fishy and the dessert was a little stale. I also participated in a formal tea event at the hotel. The bread on the sandwiches was a little stale, as well.
