The hotel is in a very convenient location. The hotel seems really tired and well used. It's in need of a complete refurb / refit. The skirting boards in the bathroom had water damage and looked really old - we were concerned about mould. The beds were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good but it was pretty busy so we were put in an overflow room.

Not good holton should be ashamed of themselves with this hotel . Hotel was old and dirty Carpets were dirty Lifts were dirty Had breakfast and i sat down on a 4 person table and was told to go and sit in a 2 person table even though the breakfast area was quiet .i refused because i was comfortable where i was sitting ,i felt this was very rude of the man and is not what i expect at any hotel . Concierge were polite only dealt with them on check in and check out .i would not reccomend this hotel to anyone

I had a standard room with a double bed. I have stayed at this hotel a couple of times. You should be prepared for the furniture and woodwork in the rooms to be worn, which makes them look rather dated. My room this time had a lingering smell of cigarette smoke but it was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was fresh and well equipped. The breakfast buffet was excellent as usual.

Clean and reasonably located. Close to central line. Can get anywhere within 30mins with public transportation. Utilitarian if that’s what you are looking for. Kind of old and showing its age. Not a lot of amenities eg no place to sit back and relax after a long day.
