Second time staying at this hotel. The main hotel itself is good and clean with a good selection for breakfast. However, we were in the second building this time in room 1204. This area needs a refresh with paint flaking off the ceiling in the bathroom and the beds and wardrobe having lots of damage marks to them. I would have told the staff at check out but they were on a phone and just said thanks when I handed the key in. The hotel is well located for Fulham Broadway station but I’d check if the room was in the main building next time before confirming a stay.

Lovely staff who were very helpful. Comfy bed in a big room with good sound proofing. Breakfast was amazing with a lot of choices on the buffet, both hot and cold. Including stir fried rice, salad, grapefruit, very creamy scrambled eggs plus the usual items you'd expect.

When searching for a hotel I selected parking. Unfortunately due to it being a match day, the car park was closed. This wasn’t evident until after I had booked and paid for the room. It would be helpful if parking was an option, even having to pay for it eg buying in local spaces to sell back to the customer. Other than that, the location was superb and it was amazing that we could stay near the stadium and walk back after a night game.

Great location - amazing value for SW London. The room is nice size, albeit v small beds for twins. Lovely A/C during the heatwave. 10 quid for full English breakfast was really nice. Staff at checki-n and restaurant hiding behind phones, screens, but the housekeeping staff nice at least. Great location, did I mention that?
