Great central location & iconic views of the city (I was on the 11th floor). Spacious and high-quality bedrooms. Staff were friendly and helpful. Enjoyed my stay - would come back again.

Clean room and professional staff. Needs a little bit of an update. Good breakfast and most narrow parking possible but at least there is one.

Hotel and staff amazing but at all costs do not park in the hotel car park. Extremely tight or small is an understatement for and vehicle built after 2000. Better off utilising Q-Park or others.

10/10 Exceptional

Room was spotless. Staff were very helpful; breakfast was super ,with good hot food and a very good choice. Parking was good too though the ramp corners to change floors while driving up and down the floors were on the narrow side, but hard to do much about that. Apart from a broken ( smashed glass) front street door which was clearly recently vandalised, I couldn't fault the hotel in fact it was super and we were very pleased we booked here.

Alcoholic drinks are expensive. The way they charge for a double vodka and coke i think is wrong but that's only my opinion. Double charged by single shot prices and then £3 for the coke 1 larger 1 double vodka coke £20.40 that's the only down side. Rooms nice and comfortable

6/10 Good

The hotel was truly excellent apart from the car park. The entrance to it is not signposted so I drove completely past it. However worse than that it is night on impossible to drive around. I have an Audi A5 which is a moderately sized car but found it extremely tight to go from floor to floor and out of the entrance. The moral of the story is if you want to visit this hotel do so under no circumstances park in it's car park. Indeed there are cheaper and more easily manoeuverable options across the road from the place.

10/10 Exceptional

Decent hotel in a nice location, close to the train station. The reception is on the third floor but it's a welcoming space with plenty of natural light. There's a cycle lane immediately outside which makes it easy & convenient to get around to other parts of the city.

8/10 Very good

We had an excellent stay at the Hilton Leeds City Centre. The hotel is in a fantastic location, very convenient for the city centre, shops, restaurants and the train station, which made everything really easy. The staff were friendly, professional and welcoming from the moment we arrived, and check-in was smooth and efficient. The room was clean, comfortable and well presented, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel had a good overall atmosphere. Breakfast was also very good, with plenty of choice and attentive service. Overall, it was a really enjoyable stay and exactly what you would expect from a Hilton hotel. I would happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting Leeds.
