"I stayed in the handicap room and it was absolutely wonderful. The feeling when you walked in was of complete cleanliness and tons of room. There were charger plug'ins in three different places. The bathroom and shower were excellent. I wish I were going to Bainbridge island again just to stay there.

"If you are looking for an affordable place to stay, this is a good option. Very centrally-located, this hotel had its day and is in dire need of a deep renovation. That being said, if you can live with dings in the walls and peeling paint, it is a fantastic value. The bed was comfortable, the temperature was comfortable, it was clean, and I got a good nights' sleep. My shower did have some temperature issues (hot was cold, cold was hot on the handle, and then the shower itself kept oscillating...
