Hotel was OK, staff was friendly!
The location was easy to find. Parking was right out front. Unfortunately the room was not ready at 3pm. We arrived at 2:15 just to check status since we were on a time crunch to get to a wedding. We were told we couldn’t check in till 3. No problem, we told the nice lady at the counter we would be there at 3. We came back at 3. And the room was still not ready! We asked if there was a time frame and was with no answer. We decided to get dressed in the car just so we wouldn’t be late. We finally got back to the hotel around 11pm. Upon entering the room the toilet was left running… the water glasses were dirty. Otherwise the room was clean. There were some odd footprints on the ceiling… yes ceiling… above the bed. Breakfast was good, nothing fancy but definitely hit the spot. For the price paid I was hoping for a slightly better experience, but it was a place to sleep after a long night.

Clean and comfortable
Room was clean and comfortable. Things usually go well when I stay here but this time not as smooth. I reserved an executive suite. The day before I had a phone conversation with hotel and top floor unit was reserved. Got to hotel early, room not ready but they said they'd call me. After some time I asked again and room was ready (never called me). And then they were going to give me third floor instead of 4th. So someone had changed my room. While I did get a room with spa tub, the jets didn't work and I was also expecting executive room with conference table but got room without.
