"It was a mixed bag of good and bad. The bed and the room was spacious. The carpet was dirty and old. We have no utensils at all, unless you went downstairs and purchased them. The elevator was very sketchy. There was something wrong with the hydraulics and there was a huge bump/bag just before the 2nd floor. I told the front desk about it. Others who stayed there said it was a frequent problem and that the elevator shook sometimes. Would I stay again? Only if I couldn't find another...

"Very modern, clean, amazing breakfast options. Musty smell to the room (210 & 212). We switched rooms but second room smelled too. At first I thought it was cigarette smell but staff said they did maintenance on the 2nd floor. We felt very safe.

I paid $40 for the night right off the highway so it was okay but the room was smelly, outdated, and very very dirty complete with dirty floors (a shoes on situation), hair in the shower drain, and old plastic bag tucked away in the desk and a used extra shower curtain left behind. The staff was very nice and the location convenient for a night on the road. Linens were clean and ac worked. The property was

"I love the comfort that these hotels provide! We have yet to have one bad experience with them! Rooms are always clean, love that animals are welcome, and being able to check in and check out through the app is my ABSOLUTE favorite along with the digital keys!"

"Staff are amazing...helpful and friendly at all levels. Modern and kept super clean. Complimentary full breakfast is awesome...something for everyone. Cereal, milks(even oat milk), juices, oatmeal with lots of available toppings, waffles, scrambled eggs and sausage...even scones and quiche. Often we will pass on the hotel breakfast, but ate all three days. Great inside pool and fitness area. Lots of comfy outdoor seating...even a firepit. Lots of free parking. Elevators and luggage carts....

"The hotel was nice and the frontdesk people were very friendly. Only concern was the late breakfast on Saturday. Didn't start until 7AM and we had very early commitments. Also the TV service was out all of Saturday night and Sunday morning. Somewhat disappointing. "

"I'm sure this area used to be nice, but most hotels and restaurants around were boarded up and shut down, so a bit sketchy. The staff was friendly, but overworked. The baseboards on our floor were missing...they were possibly getting ready to replace the carpet...which needed it badly. The air conditioner in our room did not work, but we couldn't use the phone to call and report it, because it didn't work either. They didn't move us to a new room, but the air got fixed in pretty short order....
