Worst experience for a Hilton
Worst experience ever for a Hilton, had an ants issue in my bathroom in the middle of night and even after I complained to reception no one addressed it (weekend stay does not care), asked for housekeeping twice but no one came both times, requested a hair dryer which was dirty/disgusting/full of hair, plate in the microwave was bigger so couldn't use it, fridge had to be replaced, had booked a lakeside view room but got to know on my last day that I didn't get it, no manager on site on weekends and on Monday, manager was supposed to call me on Tuesday and till now haven't received a call. Wouldn' t recommend this hotel at all!!

Close to RHOF
Went with a group of friends to visit the RHOF. This hotel is very close and has a free shuttle for our mobility-limited friends. (Shuttle only goes 1 mile, so it's pretty much always available within a few minutes.) Breakfast was good, dinner & drinks in the bar even better, there's a small coffee shop (serving Starbucks), and there were snacks for purchase next to front desk. Staff was friendly and helpful. Looking forward to staying again next trip!
