Major disappointment
We reserved this hotel because it claimed to have an airport shuttle. Too bad they didn’t have employees to actually drive the shuttle. We also reserved a king bed but received two full size beds. Will never stay at La Quinta again.

Stay away!!
Was double charged. Front desk refuses to help. Corporate refuses to help & advised me to call the hotel MGR who would not respond. Wifi did not work. Hot Tub was roped off and empty. Bed was extremely uncomfortable. Definitely will not return to this hotel. Actually I will not stay at another LaQuinta ever again!!!

Worst Hotel Stay
Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The lobby area looked promising but our “King Suite” was anything but. The couch had stains all over, the pillows were dingy and not washed. Housekeeping had the nerve to leave an envelope on our bed asking for a tip! The mattress didn’t even have a dust ruffle so the old, stained mattress were seen. The baths rooms were disgusting. The base boards were coming off the walls. Everywhere I looked there was stains. I would never recommend this place. They didn’t have water to buy!

TV issues and check in.
Check in man is not very friendly. Also, the new TV Roku system is difficult to operate and doesn't carry CNN OR MSNBC live channels, Just FOX CHANNEL. I asked for help from same guy and he asked my room number but never came up or had someone else assist. FYI - I’ve stayed here before and CNN and MSNBC were available.

Horrible experience
Couldn’t even stay here booked, paid and had confirmation. We arrived at 145am, tired and we booked ahead of time to ensure we would be able to stay for the few hours we needed to sleep. Front desk clerk wouldn’t honor the reservation and tried to sell me the same room for $50 more. There was a group of 8 or so men drunk in the lobby with all their beer cans and bottles (at least 40) spewed across the lobby tables and smoking right outside the door. Had to walk through a cloud of smoke to enter the lobby. Used the bathroom as I had a small child with me. Door didn’t lock. It was disgusting. Front desk clerk was on a FaceTime call the whole time I was trying to check in and when I asked for directions to the bathroom he just pointed down a hall no other indications of where to go.
