Comfortable accommodations at a reasonable cost
The daytime receptionist was awesome! The room was nice and neat, but dated. I had a little trouble with the TV but someone came up immediately and fixed it. Complementary breakfast was very good with hot food. I’ve stayed there several times in the past because it is convenient to restaurants and to visiting friends. Will continue to use that is my go to place to stay in Cleveland.

Don’t believe the great reviews!!!
Front desk lady was so nice! Breakfast was pleasantly good! Room and hall to the room smelled like it used to be smoking rooms! Room itself was decent size for 2 adults and 2 kids under 8! Pool was ice cold, 5 and 7 yr old loved it for about 10 minutes but adults did not. I noticed mold in the bathroom next to tub!
