We requested an accessible room due to my husband’s needs. They sent us to a room that had not been cleaned. Then sent us to a cleaned room that was not accessible, but was ok. Did give us a breakfast upgrade. Could not find any ice machines that worked; needed ice for husband’s injury. Parking lot was close to entrance-a nice feature. Breakfast was good; in-house restaurant had decent service and food. Quick access to downtown. Overall, would stay here again.
