I won't be back
This place has gone downhill. I chose to stay here with my family after being very impressed a few very ago. The dishes in the kitchen were still dirty, there was no linen provided for the pull-out. We called and the desk clerk told me to come down and get some. We had no extra toiletries, there were 6 of us in the room. The room we got wasn't what we had reserved, and my credit card was compromised right after I checked out! I reserved king beds and was given a room with queen beds. When I tried to check out, the woman took almost 10 minutes to arrive at the desk, and looked like she just woke up, and was very scantily dressed. Marriot was not professional at all.

Perfect location/perfect price
You can’t beat the price for the location. We had a one night stay for a concert at the House of Blues….PERFECT location for a fraction of the price than most of the hotels in that area and it was right around the corner. Any future downtown Cleveland stays, I will book here again.
