Janna at check-in was fantastic. Super friendly, bubbly and cheerful. Gave us a great restaurant recommendation. (We just wanted something a little more romantic than the hotel restaurant). AND, the young lady at valet parking was fantastic as well.

Disappointed
Disappointed. Stayed here last year and had such a nice stay that we booked it again. This time one elevator was not working the whole time we were there. Housekeeping never showed up one day. Valet service was spotty. Checking out there were no luggage carts available so we had to carry everything down.

Don’t stay here if you like Kimpton.
This was an astounding disappointment. I’ve stayed in Kimpton’s before and they are quite lovely. This hotel was in complete disarray. I don’t know if they are like shutting it down or something but literally nothing went well. Room was dirty, couldn’t get towels, restaurant was out of almost everything, staff was nice enough but seemed under a ton of pressure. I almost switched hotels but the entire city was booked solid due to a convention.

Supposed LUXURY hotel with NO COFFEE in the room!
Generally a very nice hotel with a pleasant staff and nice decor. However, there is NO coffee in the room. I don't know when hotels began thinking this was ok but it IS NOT. I will never stay here again for the simple reason that I have to get dressed and go to the lobby for coffee. NO THANK YOU!!

Run far away and stay somewhere else
I would give this hotel 2 stars at best. We had a suite and the nicest thing about it was the shower. Outlets didn’t work, it was dirty, loud, and honestly one of the worst stays at a hotel I’ve ever experienced. The staff absolutely did not help or seemed concerned with requests. Avoid this hotel if you can!
