My husband and I had such a great experience staying at the Virgin Hotel in New Orleans! The hotel was incredibly clean, which is always a top priority for me. I also loved the location. It’s in a perfect area that isn’t overly crowded, yet still within walking distance to so many amazing restaurants and popular spots. The staff was attentive and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. On top of that, the hotel itself is absolutely adorable with so many cute photo opportunities throughout the property. I truly enjoyed my stay and can definitely see this becoming my go-to spot for my annual visits to New Orleans!

From start to finish, our stay and experience at The Virgin Hotels was excellent! Our Grand Suite was spacious, nicely appointed and comfortable. Enjoyed the rooftop pool bar and our server Elliot at the restaurant gave helpful information about local restaurants and museums. The Valet parking crew was on top of things and Riley in particular had that welcoming Southern Charm and was attentive. My next visit to New Orleans will include another stay at The Virgin!!!

The hotel is a Boutique type hotel, very Vibey with the David Bowie pictures and the guy in the bunny costume (if you stay, you’ll see it). The rooms are really cute with the old style little refrigerator and the best stocked bar I’ve ever seen in a room. As far as food goes, I would not recommend eating here. You are in New Orleans! Go elsewhere as this food is nothing special. The rooftop bar and pool are really nice, but if you get too many people up there, you are not going to want to get in that pool. It’s small and by the time we got up there they were probably 100 people on a Sunday night and the pool looked very murky. And the bartender seemed very overwhelmed and not friendly at all. *****On the flipside, the BEST employee at the hotel is Chris who works in valet! He is so friendly, helpful and just a downright nice guy. I hope the hotel knows how lucky they are to have him and he should be utilized elsewhere with that outgoing, charismatic personality! He made up for the murky pool and the less than great dining experience.
