8/10 Very good

Great location and wonderful staff! We would stay again. The lobby was beautiful but still unfinished, and the room could have been cleaner, I noticed hair and dust behind the nightstands. The A/C was wonderful. The water was only lukewarm, and the beautiful open shower with the rain shower head made it feel cold while showering. You can also hear hallway noise and the elevator, but our sound machine helped. Overall, a good stay, and we’d return for the right price.

Very seamless from check in to checkout, the staff was very friendly. They’re still finishing the bar/restaurant portion of the hotel, can’t wait to stay when it’s complete. Very clean, comfortable, room came with a steamer for clothes which was a plus. Would stay again for sure.

Check-in was easy and staff was so helpful! On the fourth floor hallway there is a leak but it did not disturb me during my stay as staff had a basin to catch the water. Location is so convenient, accommodations and space were amazing! I would definitely rebook!

Hopefully they will improve the check in process, we had to wait 1 hour before we got our room after we got to the hotel and it was way passed the check in time. The room was very clean and recently remodeled.

The hotel is in the heart of Old San Juan and close to nearby shopping and even closer to the port. The rooms were clean and the remodeling did not take away from the ambiance. Upon entering the staff was very welcoming and provided suggestions for local places to eat. Whatever diffuser is used keeps the hotel smelling very delightful. Overall I would rate this hotel a 10!
