We arrived at the hotel early and were able to check in early, which was really helpful as we had just landed after an overnight flight. We were also given the opportunity to upgrade, which was worth every penny in terms of the access to club facilities. I will be staying here again on my next trip.

The hotel was very clean, it had a luxury feel and the staff were excellent. Drinks and food were very expensive but it was to be expected for the location. Breakfast was very expensive but was good, with the exception of pancakes that were microwaved on requests in stead of being cooked fresh, which was very poor effort. Most places cook pancakes fresh, and most places don't charge £33 per person for a buffet breakfast.
