I like this hotel and always stay when in the area. I was given a larger room than normal, but it did smell of smoke. I was offered a room change, which I declined as I couldn't be bothered by this time to move. Housekeeping came up and sprayed the room and opened the windows.
Room had 2 x double beds and behind lift area so was nice and quiet, could do with a towel rail near to the vanity unit. Staff always pleasant.

The room was clean and everyone was very nice. Rooms were on the small side but we were there to see London not a hotel room. The area is very quiet. Highly recommended.

The room wasnt serviced for four days, staff said they were too busy,, breakfast was like a bun fight, my wife got stuck in the faulty lift. The manager wasnt available until the day of departure. He offered us a 20% off our stay. We wont be going back to this hotel.
