"I really liked the Atmosphäre and the Interieur of the rooms.From the balcony the view was amazing.What i missed in the room there we're No hangers to Put some clothes at and also the Pool was not really useable as IT was to cold. One day WE asked at the reception to access the Spa and then downstairs we we're told that the Pool ist closed. The nect day ist was Open but Not heated. The breakfast was very good, everything was fresh and a very good coffee"

"I really loved this hotel and it's top of my list if I ever come back to this city. The location so close to the metro that it's pretty much 2 minutes to the station, which is amazing. You can hop on the B1 line and head to the airports from here very easily. We took the metro to come and leave. But be warned that this entrance requires an elevator to get into the subway so it can get crowded. There's a proper entrance 5 minutes away. family of 4 (children 12 and 9) stayed here in February, 2025. Staff were extremely courteous and helpful, at all times. The room was always kept clean and tidy, thank you for that. The use of the pool and sauna were included in the cost of the hotel. Children and I absolutely loved these facilities. "I been there last month and the location is very good. The breakfast was ok but not the 5* quality. Most of staff were friendly and helpful. The main entrance staff and the receptionists I think they should be more professional.i was travelled with kid and my kid opened one pack of chip and nut which was on the table in my room. And I been charged £25 for those. !!! They charge me around £80 on the arrival day as security money which I never told before. I got the money back anyway. "

"The hotel was very good and service from Mehmet and his bellboys (Ismet / Ilyaas not sure what the other gentleman's name is) was excellent. The cleaning staff and the breakfast team was always polite and friendly. This is definitely one hotel I would recommend as the location and the hotel are perfect! If I visit Istanbul again, I will definitely go back to Ipek Palas. Thank you to their team for the excellent service."
