Best hotel ever!
What a fabulous find. The staff was amazing, friendly, constantly going out if their way to provide for their customers. My husband had a bad chest cold, and Fateme, one of the workers, made her magic tea for him several times. Okay, guide extraordinaire and also the manager, took us out for a several hour tour which was outstanding. The hotel provides several tours each week to guests free of charge. Truly the staff at this hotel was exceptional, every single one of them. Very nice breakfasts, teas in the afternoon, comfortable room etc. Just a wonderful hotel and experience.

I really enjoyed my recent stay at the Sirkeci Mansion hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I liked the area, it was easy to walk to everything in the old town. Everything was clean, the hotel was in good condition, food was good, I don't have anything bad to say, I will try to stay there again when I'm in Istanbul.

Hidden gem
Awesome experience! Very friendly and helpful staff. We stayed for 4 nights. There was some mixup in the booking. We were given a different room for the first night but a superior one. Then moved to the correct room. The operations manager Agah Okay is am amazing person. I would highly recommend hotel’s complementary walking tours given by him. You will experience something unique that is not covered by traditional tourist routes. Breakfast is amazing and so is afternoon high tea. I will stay here again for sure!!
