Great last minute stay.
Lovely 3 night last minute stay. 17th floor view was beautiful morning and night. Only slight issue was the loud music from rooftop until quite late. Didn’t bother us too much but if you’re a light sleeper beware. Very nice kahvaltı each morning. The front desk staff were friendly and very helpful.

My experience
We stayed for 4 nights. Kids got twin bedroom and parents got a master bedroom. It was pleasant stay. I really liked the veiw and rooftop floor. Tourist Attractions were nearby such as galat tower and istiklal street. Food was really good and they had multiple taxis nearby. Overall was pretty good and i loved the cleanliness and the part is its eco friendly! Would definitely recommend

Strict on guests being in your room
They were very strict on who came up to my hotel room if they didn't have a kimlik or passport. Also when I was leaving on the last day at 8am, they didn't allow my uncle and friends to stay in my hotel even though 12pm was checkout. They said because I was not in the hotel that my guest could not stay even through i paid $750 per day for the terrace spa room

Amazing view from the rooftop, decent hotel
Some of the staff were nice, whereas seems annoyed by having to help. The hotel only offered paid (and expensive) room upgrades in spite of Hotels.com guaranteeing a free upgrade in case of available upgraded rooms (which was the case as they were being offered for a fee). The view from the hotel's rooftop is stunning - but any drinks there comes at a high price. The rooms were clean and decent, without being exceptionally confortable or cozy.
