Excellent Customer service and very friendly staff but few major issues 1) The hotel is in front of a night club. Hence we had to stay up till 2-3 AM due to extremely loud and bothersome noise. We complained but it seems that the hotel staff was unable to stop these noises. 2) The room phone was broken and inspite of our repeated requests it was not fixed during our 3 night stay at this hotel. And we had to physically go down every time we had to connect with the reception Other than that very caring and professional staff.
