We loved Krakow and I will be returning. Three days was not enough. The people we met were all so polite and helpful. The city is clean and interesting with lots of options to eat and drink and try new things. Different museums. Just a lovely place.

This is my first time going to Poland and Krakow has been far one of the best cities I visited. The city is clean and the garden and parks are well maintained. Public transport has been accessible and easy to locate. So many food options.

A fantastic city - so much to see and do and with plenty of day trip activities. Calm and laid back, but bustling at the same time. Great dining options and lots of cool bars and shops. Make you sure you also explore beyond the old town.

A beautiful city with outstanding architecture, many, many bars and restaurants with excellent food, great prices and warm hospitality. The long history is fascinating although the events between 1939 and 1945 are upsetting at times.

"This hotel was exceptional, we booked a junior suite and got a very lovely upgrade to the Metropolitan suite!!!
The room was incredible, it even had a piano!!
The air-conditioning was top-notch. The bed was super comfortable and the lounge area was very relaxing.
We had complimentary water and a bottle of sparkling wine as part of our stay.
The buffet breakfast each morning had a good variety and was good quality.
The fab fusion bar was also very good value and a lot of choice. A lovely outdoor patio area in the sunshine for drinks was very relaxing after a busy day exploring the city.
We would highly recommend this hotel, it was wonderful. "
"The hotel was very clean and very advanced with technology. The staff was friendly and prompt. The location was great and walk low to the Old town. I would highly recommend this hotel. "
