Lovely stay at the Harbour Hotel. The room was comfortable, spotless and quiet, the staff were friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out, and the Ocean Village location is perfect – right on the marina and easy to get around from. Would happily stay again.

Great hotel, parking at the hotel is only a few spaces but believe there is a multi-storey nearby. Lovely room with a Balcony looking out over the marina and nice boats. We had a drink and dinner in the restaurant upstairs, and loved the food and service. Lovely views from the roof bar and decor.

We stayed here on the last night of our honeymoon before flying home the following morning. The hotel was lovely, the staff were friendly and helpful. We checked in early and made the most of the spa facilities, which were great. We really appreciate all that they did to make us feel extra special on our honeymoon! Would 100% recommend and we hope to visit again in the future.

The room was clean and comfortable however there was a big party with music blaring until after midnight directly above our room. Very loud music, shouting and banging. Not acceptable for a 5 star. Breakfast was ok but very expensive. We had a nice meal in the Jetty restaurant and the food was lovey. Service was ok throughout with the reception staff notably being quite abrupt, dismissive and unhelpful. Don’t think I’d return.

The room was immaculate upon our arrival and the breakfast was a typical normal continental breakfast. The view was exceptional and the location for our cruise terminal was superb. All in all - it was a wonderful place to stay. I only wish we could have stayed longer or arrived earlier to investigate the area.
