Great hotel in a good location. Modern and well maintained. Nice breakfast. Lobby area was a bit noisy, with music and kids playing table football, so hard to sit there are work. Overall, very good.

Lovely hotel & spa, staff are really helpful and friendly. Felt really welcomed on arrival, also got a mini bar full of soft drinks included which was a nice touch. Really modern and clean rooms. The only thing that could have been improved was being able to get through to room service. Great idea and ideal for location. Will definitely return next time I’m in Manchester.

This is a beautiful hotel in the heart of Manchester. Everything about it works well (apart from parking, that's a bit of a walk).
Verified review

8/10 Very good

Only downside, we found the bed to be far too firm resulting in a very poor nights sleep. As for the location and the hotel itself can’t fault it. The payable car park is only 5 months walk away. Would we stay again?? No. But only because of the bed

Check in was super easy, and the room is well appointed - I had a hair dryer, iron and ironing board. The room overlooked the railway but there was no noise heard at all. Breakfast was tasty and hot. The location is great for the city centre and with options for buses, trams and trains. I'd highly recommend this hotel.

Had a really nice stay. Booked a King room and was upgraded for free to a tower suite. Room was excellent with a complimentary mini bar. Staff were very helpful and the location is good.

8/10 Very good

We enjoyed our stay in Manchester thanks to your hotel's convenient location and warm, pleasant staff. However, I wanted to bring the elevator issues to your attention. Having one lift entirely out of service and the other working only intermittently caused real inconvenience, including a six-floor walk down the stairs. Improving this maintenance would make a great stay even better.

A lovely, clean, and well-maintained property in a great central location. The complimentary minibar was a nice touch, and there is convenient parking just a two-minute walk away. Everything was within easy reach, making it an excellent base for exploring the area. I would happily stay here again.
