The staff was excellent. They were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The hotel was in a good location. The room was cozy, spacious and modern. I would definitely stay here again.

In general, room was comfortable and staff were very helpful. However, room insulation was not great and noise from the other guests when they were talking while in the corridor can be heard. The room feels tired and in need of a renovation, and the air conditioning is extremely loud. Breakfast was also a bit disappointing - it was alacarte but with few options and the quality was not always great. Overall, it is a solid option, but at the price point and the fact that it is a 5 star hotel, it was a bit underwhelming.
