As instalações são modernas bem decoradas e agradáveis. O ponto negativo foi que ao tentar frequentar o bar do roof top fomos barrados pois o local estava reservado para um evento externo. Achei isto um absurdo pois os locais de eventos devem ser separados dos locais frequentados pelos hóspedes que pagaram pela sua completa utilização.

The hotel security is awful. I was robbed at gunpoint walking INTO the hotel. Security did nothing, no one is guarding the entrance since the lobby is on the 4th floor.

Rude restaurant staff and pigwash served as milk
Our two breakfasts were a traumatising experience. Service was shockingly bad. Never came across a more rude waiter: looking daggers at you, talking down and pulling faces at you. And after all of this appalling treatment, dirty, milky water was served as milk to be had with porridge. All issues raised with restaurant manager. The following day, thankfully no more pigwash was served, but we waited 45 minutes to be served anything. At each step they kept trying to make us sign bills, even if we had prepaid all of our extras.

Few missing aspects
Nice hotel in a good area but unfortunately staff wasn’t clicking at all times. With exception of Juan Pablo at the restaurant everyone else seemed to work very much in a silo. Called room service for 2 bottles of water at 10pm and had to walk down myself at 11:30 after 3 follow up calls and no one showing up. Also front desk did a poor job at I’ll advising on a welcome benefit I had from a separate reservation, stating it can be applied to my entire stay.
