The room had a little wear at tear (particularly in the bathroom) but it was tastefully decorated and clean. Given the location, it wasn't super quiet but it wasn't noisy either. Beautifully decorated room, very elegant, extremely comfortable bed, friendly and helpful receptionist, hot shower, very walkable neighborhood. It's more like private apartments than a standard hotel, so funny expect a lively lobby area. Only downside was that the housekeeping needs to improve. We found trash in the trash can from the previous guest, and the bathroom cabinets very dirty inside, with hair, something that was never fixed even in the next day's cleaning.

Perfect location Violette Boutique is a charming hotel located in the centre of Barcelona. Although there were no amenities like a pool, the staff welcomed us warmly upon arrival and offered excellent support throughout our stay. Our room on the third floor was comfortable and overlooked the street. We took the Aerobus from the airport to Plaça de Catalunya and walked three blocks to the hotel. Nearby attractions include Casa Mila, shopping districts, and many restaurants, making it an ideal base for exploring the city on foot.
