8/10 Very good

Large modern hotel offering rooms, resturant, bar and some spa facilities located on Broad Street, great location) with acess to city centre by foot (20 mins) public tram (8 mins) or car (5 mins) with on site car parking (chargable). Good location for sightseeing, nightlife, bars and food, with close by ammenitiy shopping and high street shopping a short distance. Clean and modern high rise building, with reception located on the 4th floor (via lift), whilst rooms are comfortable and provide adequate overnight accomodation, the hotel doesn't have a homely feel, quite clinical and matter of fact with usual bathroom on the right, standard two pictures on the wall, bed, desk and easy chair all ideal for overnight business stays.

We had an excellent stay at the Park Regis Birmingham, very spacious room, comfortable bed, nice view and a modern large shower. The buffet breakfast was outstanding with great choice and presented well. The service we received by the staff was 5 star, they were all friendly and couldn’t do enough for you especially Meheh. We are returning again at the end of September and we are already looking forward to see you all again - regards the Italian guy with decaf coffee 😊

Love this hotel! Room great. Reception is very slow and the key cards deactivated 4 times in 2 days. Love the bar and the breakfast.

Beautiful hotel Impressive reception area. Booked basic double and that is what we got- nothing flashy, but very clean and functional for one nights stay. Staff very helpful and friendly Lovely breakfast again with pleasant staff Only downside is the price of parking But otherwise I would stay again

6/10 Good

Lady at check in was incredibly friendly and helpful as was the lovely lady who delivered my room service food. Was woking early morning by the constant thud of someone on the treadmill - I was told by reception that this was not possible and was a maintenance issue, however, I sat next to the chap who was the one on the treadmill at the exact times I experienced the disturbance and he confirmed he was running on it. I called reception to double check the noise, told they would call me back, I am still waiting for that call, then fobbed off at check out saying it was absolutely a maintenance issue - either way, maintenance or treadmill, very disturbed sleep/rest.
