Rooms small; walls thin; not inspirationally clean. Bed and shower were good. Over all, I would not stay here again on a future visit to Banff area.

Nice hotel and reasonable price
Good pool & spa, beautiful view. The kitchen facilities are enough although the room is a bit old.

Will stay again!!
This is a great spot. Pet friendly! Weekday price can’t be beat. For whoever has left a bad review, I don’t get it. The cabin I rented, was great. The towels weren’t scratchy, if anything, I’d call them exfoliating!! I’ve had worse. The water pressure was just fine. Lots of hot water. And the beds were very comfortable. It was a cozy little spot. And I don’t mean too little. Had a nice bedroom, small kitchen area, and a dining table. Plus another bed. If anything, they could upgrade the cable quality. But who goes to the mountains to watch tv anyway. 5 out of 5 for overall quality of stay.

Neither wonderful or horrible! It was clean, but the room was not inviting in any way and the shower didn't have great force - cheap toilet paper that didn't hold up to the job...wish I had booked at the Best Western next door!

Don't stay here if you have a better option
We stayed 1 night due to high weekend price for other hotels. Very old hotel even with physical metal key. We were given a room that is close to the central AC system. It also right next to the freeway. Very noisy. Not recommended.

Motel NOT Hotel.
We initially chose this hotel based on price and that it was pet friendly. The hotel staff were very kind but the rooms themselves left little to be desired. The walls were so thin that I could hear someone turn a tap on. No heat in the washroom, but the unit got so hot at night that none of us got sleep for the two nights we stayed. The bedding below was found because my poor boyfriends foot touched it.. and the sheet was ripped so there was no getting away from it. Overall our stay would have been fine, but the semi that was allowed to park and started warming up at 630am was completely uncalled for. When checking out I’m assuming she knew there would be complaints since we were never asked how our stay was.. Hope yours is better!
