Good location outside Banff bustle.
We stayed here 2 nights. We liked the location near to town but across the highway from the bustle. We asked for a quiet room, and it was, on the 2nd floor which meant we had to carry bags upstairs--no elevator. Bed was very comfortable, without lamp/shelf on one side, room average. Refrigerator allowed us our own breakfast, since we had to depart before 7 am hotel start to breakfast.

Quiet area
Not in the city center thus is quiet with an amazing mountain view but only for the rooms located on the south side. Unfortunately, we were given a room facing the parking lot instead. Hiking trails surrounded with pine trees are just across the street. Dinner at the onsite restaurant was good though restaurant got very reviews on social media. No elevators thus be ready to carry your luggage up the flights of stairs. Very pricey given the quality and amenities or lack of it, but all of Banff is pricey during summer. Better go in spring or fall.

Too close to Mt. Rundle
Everything was great except for the view, and that's what we were paying for. The mountain is too large and the hotel is too close to it. It stands right outside the hotel, and you can hardly see the top of it. It's a wall of mountain right outside your window/patio. To the left, you can see some distant mountains, but it's a minor view.
