Services at about a good business hotel level
This is a great hotel, sticking out from anything in Lake Louise resort. And the options like skating on the lake and a drink at an ice bar are totally unique. Possibly impressed by the hotel looks, I expected some 'fairy tale' services; but what you get is similar to a good Marriott or Westin hotel that I know from my business travel - plus obvious specific additions like ski equipment rental and shuttle to the lifts. Nothing wrong about that - it's just to set your expectations.

Great location for your vacation!
Great winter adventure location! Loved walking right out the back to unlimited pond hockey and ice skating. Also, appreciate the hotel having gear to use (we used snow cleats for a hike). Great amenities, comfortable beds and wonderful views!
