Kids friendly

The hotel is super kids friendly Kids pool, club and adjust breakfast and food at the bar's pool. The only thing we have some trouble is crossibg the road with a baby carriage but we managed doing that twice a day. It's located 3-4 minutes walking from seashore, and 10 minutes from the main street of Karon beach.

Not worth of the price you are about to pay

First of all not only for kids but also for adults; passing the road just in front of hotel towards beach or downtown side is really dangerous. And there are no precautions to prevent from any possible accident. Second; it is a bit far compared to any other hotels to downtown or the beach. Third; this hotel should already be renovated 3-5 years ago. To me, doesnt worth at all the price they are offering. Fourth; dining options are very very limited. The only positive thing about the hotel I can claim is the very kind and very helpfull staff. Apart from this, to me shelf life of this hotel has already been expired; I am sorry to say.

Not a good experience. We booked two nights but checked out after one. The room was dirty. We had an adjoining door and were woke up by them trying to open it at 0100. The staff couldn’t wait to close the bar at 2230. Plus little rats or big mice running around

Meget skuffende oplevelse – alvorlige problemer med fugt og vedligeholdelse Vi var tre familier afsted, og desværre var opholdet præget af store problemer. Værelserne lugtede voldsomt af fugt, og der var tydelige tegn på skimmelsvamp. Fliserne i gangen var konstant våde, og rengøringen var generelt meget utilfredsstillende – det fremstod beskidt og dårligt vedligeholdt. Udendørsområdet var umiddelbart flot, men slet ikke ordentligt vedligeholdt. Poolen havde så ødelagte fliser og fuger, at børnene fandt løse fliser nede i poolen, hvilket er direkte farligt. Rutschebanen var meget slidt og revnet. Personalet forsøgte at afhjælpe situationen og flyttede os i alt tre gange. Først ved den sidste flytning, til villaområdet, fik vi et værelse uden fugtproblemer. Her var selve værelset bedre, men rengøringen var stadig utilfredsstillende, og hanen til bruseren var i stykker. Samlet set har det været en meget skuffende oplevelse, især når man rejser som familie med børn. Vi kan desværre ikke anbefale stedet i dets nuværende stand.

ビーチまで歩いて3分なのが非常によかった。ビーチへ渡る道の交通量がとても多い。スタッフは親切。ルームクリーニングは早い時と遅い時と差がある。タオルの洗濯が間に合わないようで、３日間は夜になってからタオルが補充されていたことが不便だった。 朝食はコンチネンタルブレックファーストで、タイ料理も充実しており、美味しくて毎朝楽しく利用した。朝食は1人600バーツだが、宿泊者は2 割引だった。ほとんどの欧米人で特にロシア人が多い。

Riktigt bra frukost. Första natten fick vi ett rum som låg precis utmed en väldigt tättrafikerad väg och kunde inte sova så bra. Dagen efter frågade vi om vi kunde byta till ett annat rum som låg längre från vägen och trafiken och det var inga problem. Det största nackdelen var att du måste korsa vägen på väg till stranden och det var inte roligt. Sjukt mycket trafik som körde snabbt och hotellet låg precis i en kurva
