6/10 Good

Convenient location to access downtown and other areas. Mostly locals staying here. Buffet is good, one bar is good. Otherwise limited food sources on site. Not a fancy place but average if you can compromise.
Malaina, 7-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Everything was what we expected for our family vacation. Staff were great and helped us out for what ever we needed.
Alejandro, 5-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Comfortable and relaxing.

Went for a few days with my wife and 2 daughters. Staff were amazing, especially the manager Gabriel, server Inez and bartender Jesus. Suite was roomy and comfortable, and having 2 bathrooms was great.
Jonathan, 3-night trip

Cheryl, 3-night trip

Overall service is excellent.
Rafael, 4-night trip

6/10 Good

Out room was clean but the dresser drawers were filthy. We had no towels in our room and called the front desk three times, in our first day. On the second day we called another two times for towels. Other then that, staff was nice and friendly.
Ninfa, 3-night trip

8/10 Very good

Good property smaller resort, quiet mid week fairly full weekends. Friendly helpful staff. Food was basic but good enough, my wife is a vegetarian and found it hard to eat properly. I would stay here again good for price range.
Sean, 4-night trip

The overall stay was good we enjoyed our time the only downsides our suite didn’t have a refrigerator and the WiFi sucked extremely unreliable other than that it was good
Jessica Fuentes, 5-night trip

Chris, 4-night trip

4/10 Fair

Pros: Clean rooms Cons: Terrible food, drinks were below average, loud, beach area was not the greatest, shower had 2 min of hot water. Spent most of the time not in the resort and eating out.
Shawnlee william, 7-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Food was the worst that I’ve ever had. I just arrived and made it to dinner, dinner was a mix of breakfast cereal and some pastas and salads. From the living room, all I hear are the doors slamming when someone closes their door. The noise is fine everywhere else in the suite. The couches and tables are a bit run down. One bathroom smelled bad. The one thing I did like was the walk from the counter check in to the room is nice with all the trees and plants. Since I already checked in, I cant cancel my reservation. I will not stay here again.
Joann, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Latino clientele

The clientele are mostly Latino families with kids. There are 3 different areas that have music playing all day long. If you want quiet, ask for a room in the back. They have a nice section of beach with lounge chairs and umbrellas. The staff were very attentive and friendly. The only place for wifi was by the front lobby near the street. The street noise was loud. There was a large super market next door if you needed anything.
Nan, 4-night trip

6/10 Good

Pool was dirty ,food was very bad we had to go out for food! And that's very bad when you paid for all inclusive hotel!
Jesus Eduardo, 4-night trip

6/10 Good

The front entrance and office is dirty and need to sweep. First hotel office entrance door mat i see so dirty
Simone, 5-night trip

8/10 Very good

Was clean a good location for my needs. The music is way to loud as is the personal talking on the microphone, you can not have a conversation with your family members sitting beside you. Not reason to blast the music in such a small area, for this reason we left the pools for the beach daily
Frederick Isaac, 18-night trip

2/10 Poor

Run away from this dump!

Terrible hotel! Air con worked on occasion, the housekeeper knocked on door even though do mot disturb sign was up, hot water was limited to 5 minutes!!! They also play music all day long so if u need to rest, go elsewhere! Just go elsewhere!! This hotel is like a motel six with a staff who doesnt give two cents!!!!
Daniel, 3-night trip

2/10 Poor

Not what I signed up for
David, 4-night trip

6/10 Good

Bathroom not able to flush. Poor customer service.
Marie-Maude, 2-night trip

2/10 Poor

Room and bed were ok.. not much to choose to eat on buffet..drinks at bar are bad no brand of liqour they are serving…you guys advertise an adult pool only and is always full of kids.. theres no one to make sure they respect rules..first day your staf ask us to leave the beach area at 4pm cause you were going to have a private event .. next day we couldnt use the adult pool area because it was closed for another private event.. so stressful and dissapointing. Not enough pool or beac furniture had to seat on the grass aan sand.. your staf said thats all they had..im very dissapointed the place is nothing like we saw on videos on the internet..
