I got charged 150 pesos for every hour per person when I asked for a late check out. I had never paid at any otjer hotel I have stayed at. Another thing was the noise we could hear everything from the hallways and from tje street

I only booked this property for its location next to the Malecon. This is undoubtedly the worst “all inclusive” in town. I use quotes because I asked for a bottle of water and they said no you have to pay. I said fine, I’ll pay and they did not seem to have a process to pay and looked at me like I was an idiot so I went and bought water at ox I. The staff here are not friendly and make you feel like a jerk for asking for anything. I could go on and on but if you have ever been to an all inclusive resort before you will be very dissatisfied if you come here.

The property and the staff were flawless. The main issue lies in their food. The buffet was good: the selection wasn’t the best but what they served were better than good. The 2 other restaurants were disappointing at best. The food was over cooked and cold. In both restaurants, I ordered medium rare steak, both were dry and overcooked. My wife ordered the fish, they were cold and dry. I would like to emphasize that the staff were wonderful and the facilities were well kept and clean.
