The ocean view room was lovely. The room was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful. The grounds around the pool was relaxing and provided a lovely view of PV There was a corporate event that made relaxing by the pool noisy, but it was only for one day. The poolside area could have benefitted from a bit more attention in terms of cleanliness.

The pool side service and space was the best part of the trip! The cabanas were lovely. Silvestre and Bibiana made sure we had reservations. Also, the pool service staff and bar staff were awesome. Raul was exceptional and graciously checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed. If it wasn't for the hotel's other problems, we would have made this place a regular getaway.

The front pool bar staff were great! Loved the view from the pool to the ocean. Daily resort fee was miss leading. Pamphlet said we would get 2 bottles of water each day and then changed to 2 per stay. Taxes were also added to resort fee.
