Fabulous staff who really attended to their clients with care and competency. The suite was a pleasure to stay in and exceeded expectations. Experience of staying in a former palace authenticated well against the backdrop of Madrid.

Beautiful property but was under construction while we were there and got woken up early to banging every morning . Tough to handle with the jet leg. Otherwise it was fantastic. Amazing staff.
