Great location next to China Town Quiet and warm with a brilliant breakfast. Just the industrial chic is not to my taste.

Lovely stay! Clean, stylish and staff was extremely helpful.

8/10 Very good

Very centrally located hotel close to all amenities, providing spacious rooms, additionally the bed was large and comfortable. Staff were extremely helpful and polite. The only negatives, if we’re being picky, is that there is no storage at all in the bathroom and the shelf by the bed was too small. Overall a great hotel, which we would definitely stay at again.

Would just like to say a huge thank you to the night manager that took care of my nan while she waiting for an ambulance last night. She said he was really kind and caring and made her feel safe when she was really poorly.

Really clean room on the 6th floor in central Manchester. There was a wedding on and I though there could be a lot of noise in the corridors to the bedrooms, but nothing at all. Bar area was lovely for a night cap too. Staff were really helpful and provided a safe bag storage free of charge on the last day so we weren't lugging bags around Manchester or paying for city storage lockers at the station. Didn't try the breakfast but £12 if booked before midnight seemed reasonable. Great venue, great location, would use again.

Had a slight issue that was resolved swiftly, lovely staff and an exceptional breakfast. I would say the best breaky in Manchester.

8/10 Very good

Hotel was clean and modern with an industrial theme to it. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very nice, however the milk and the orange juice could have been colder. If you are looking for a budget hotel you would be very pleased but if you were looking for a luxury hotel you might be disappointed.

Very nice place, lift not working, no room service later but great spot and the staff were lovely

Room was nice and spacious. Bath and shower were nice too. Kettle, tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuit provide. Hangers, hairdryer and safe. Staff were welcoming and friendly - highlight of the stay. The lobby and bar were nice too. The lobby also smelt beautiful! The only downside for me was that the fan kept coming on through the night even though I turned it off multiple times and it was so hot and the bed was rock solid which I found uncomfortable
