Where to start. I booked a room for four expecting a sofa bed as it showed pictures of a suite and said room for 5 people, I got a two queen bed. I called the desk. No suites with two beds. Only a one bed and sofa so the pictures are false. I asked for a blanket for me mom and they brought me a mattress pad. I also asked for an extra pillow. They brought two pillow cases. The floor in the bathroom had ashes on it so it was not cleaned obviously and we were only given one bath towel l, when though I booked for four people. Blah. Too bad and I paid 106.00 after using 60 dollars in points.

Very disappointing for a Ramada. The floor had not been cleaned at all in the room. There was smoke bits and dirt in the bathroom. The chair by the desk was duck taped together. The room looked like it was falling apart. Beds were clean and comfy which we appreciated but would not stay again. As the pub exists into the hotel lobby I do not suggest bringing kids. We wouldn’t let our teenagers move about on there own. The only positive as the restaurant Thst gave the breakfast in the morning. They were very friendly and the food was good.
