Beautiful Place
Hotel is good but rooms need updating. We enjoyed all the hotsprings pool. Place is excellent - very beautiful scenery with all the trees and Harrison lake.

ok, not great rooms.
The hotel is pricy for the quality. It should be updated if they want to continue to charge 4 star value, while still operating at a lower level of quality. Essentially guests are paying for access to the hot springs, which are decent quality. keystone resort

the stay at this hotel was horrible. there is no air conditional units in those rooms. despite running two OLD provided fans, it was still hot. The hotel room itself was extremely old and outdated, as if it had not been updated since the 1930's. Awful customer service. the check in employees were not friendly at all and were not helpful. When I checked in, there was very little direction given on the parking lot, where to go, and where the rooms were. For this day in age, the Harrison Hot Springs Resort and Spa hotel rooms could only compare to a 2 star motel unfortunately. It was so shocking to see how old, outdated and bad conditions the rooms were in. The walls and ceilings are thin, there are excessive gaps in the doors to the hallways. there is no sound proofing of those rooms at all. the flower patterned curtains smelled dirty, the carpets were stained and dirty. there was mold along the edges of the bath tub. the hallways floors, the room floors are all VERY uneven. oh and the floors ALL CREAK LOUDLY! The food was super over priced, pools were dirty, and there was nothing natural about their hot springs. people who use those pools come out smelling like heavy chlorine, like they just used a normal heated pool at a low quality gym. the hotel itself is oddly built with small winding hallways that people easily get lost in when looking for their rooms. parking cost money and breakfast is not included. disappointed with the stay.

It was horrible. Avoid- Don’t stay at this hotel. The rooms are old and needs to be update. They don’t have AC. What kind of hotel doesn’t AC. There are a lot of better choices in the town to stay. Don’t make the same mistake we did.
