You need to hire nicer people. The staff were not friendly and not helpful at all. Also, discount rooms that are near the construction area. 7am noise from construction, while you are on vacation, is NOT okay.

The bathroom was moldy, the dehumidifier airduct full of black molds. $200 pernight not worth it. let the customers to occupy the floor that still under renovation. .. just like the place still under police investigation after the incident.

Tired room. Not worth the money paid.
The room was tired and needed upgrading. The bath towels supplied were very small. The shower head was damaged and caked on with soap scum. The room was extremely dark and the light around the mirror was not at all bright so difficult to see your reflection. For the amount of money paid we expected a lot more from the hotel. It was more like a 2-3 star hotel. Definitely not worth the price.
