This hotel has so much good and so much potential, rooms are lovely and clean. But the lifts are so stupidly slow, to the point you get crowds queuing , check in was a 30 min queue and dinner was being run by two staff across to areas who were horribly over worked. Nice to go but do not go if you have places to be on time!

The experience was great. We had an issue with the room we’d booked and the staff were quick to sort it out. They gave us a free complimentary upgrade to the Executive Room as well as 4x free drinks, 15% off hotel restaurant food and free parking for the duration of our stay. Hotel is lobby and bar area are beautiful, slight issue with our room paid for a superior double but on entering room I realised we had an adjoining door to another room which was occupied by other guests didn’t like this idea at all ,the room was very small with the bed up against the wall nothing superior about the room ,the lady at reception confirmed it was infact a superior room but was happy to change me a better room , the location of hotel is perfect , I would stay here again

The room was clean and the staff at reception were lovely, the security at the doors on a night make you feel safe. My only three issues were how rundown the on campus parking was the floor was cracking in on itself and the second issue is that we never got a do not disturb sign, third issue is when we approached our room a cleaner was in it and so we said this is our room sorry we never received a dnd sign and she just let us in so that made us feel uneasy as anyone could have said that was their room and they’d been let in.
